Props to my sista!

okay so this might be lame but I love my sisters post about her running. She has been working so hard all summer to train for a half marathon and I talked her into blogging about it. She doesn't realize it but her post is so awesome. I think it has more to it than just running. What are you doing that is just for yourself?
